Wenyah Support Services Group Privacy Policy

Last Updated: February 18, 2026

1) Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to websites operated by Wenyah Support Services Group, including WENYAH.COM and WENYAHSUPPORTSERVICES.COM, and the services offered under the Wenyah umbrella, including:

  • Wenyah Technical Services (cybersecurity, technical support, related managed services)

  • Wenyah Assistant Services (virtual assistant / transaction coordination services)

  • Wenyah Marketing Services (marketing and advertising services)

  • ISUNGARUD LLC and other Wenyah-affiliated entities under common ownership/control (collectively, “Wenyah,” “Wenyah Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you are located outside the United States, additional country/region-specific privacy terms may apply and will be provided as addenda.

2) What Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: (1) information you provide, (2) information collected automatically when you use our sites/services, and (3) information provided by third parties (for example, service providers or referrals).

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide:

  • Contact identifiers: name, email, phone number, mailing/billing address

  • Professional details: company/employer, job title, role-related information

  • Account & service information: subscription details, support tickets, onboarding details, communications with us

  • Billing information: payment method details needed to complete transactions (note: payment processing is typically handled by third-party processors; we do not intend to store full card numbers unless a specific workflow requires it)

If you provide information about someone else (for example, a business owner you want us to contact), you represent that you have authority/permission to share that information with us.

B. Information Collected Automatically (Website / Systems)

When you visit our websites or use our systems, we (and our hosting/security providers) may collect:

  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, domain names, access times, referring URLs

  • Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location (derived from IP), and basic analytics

  • Cookies / similar technologies: used for site functionality, security, and basic measurement

C. Information We Collect Through Our Security Toolset – Customers

If you receive Wenyah Technical Services, we may collect information necessary to deliver cybersecurity and technical services, such as:

  • Endpoint/device identifiers: device name, serial number, FQDN, MAC address, OS version

  • Security telemetry & alerts: detections, security events, process/file/network indicators, logs and technical context required for monitoring, investigation, and support

D. Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from:

  • Service providers/contractors we use to operate (hosting, email delivery, ticketing, billing, security tooling, SOC/MDR partners)

  • Referrals as described in Section 6 (“Referral Program”)

  • Your organization (if your employer or association provides your information for service administration)

3) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, and support services you request (including cybersecurity monitoring, technical support, account administration)

  • Communicate with you about service, billing, support, updates, and security-related notices

  • Maintain security and prevent fraud/abuse (including detecting, preventing, and investigating security incidents)

  • Improve our services (quality assurance, troubleshooting, analytics, service optimization)

  • Comply with law and enforce agreements (billing, audits, tax/recordkeeping, dispute handling)

  • Internal umbrella-wide operations: because Wenyah operates multiple service lines, we may use information across the Wenyah Group for operational purposes (example: routing a request to the correct team, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud, account administration).

4) How We Disclose Information

A. No Sale

We do not sell or share your personal information.

B. Service Providers, Contractors, and Partners

We disclose information as needed to operate our business and deliver services, including to:

  • Website hosting, analytics, email delivery, and communications providers

  • Billing and payment processors

  • Ticketing/support tools and remote support tools

  • Cybersecurity tooling and SOC/MDR partners that help deliver monitoring/detection/investigation workflows

  • Cloud and infrastructure providers

These parties are permitted to use information only to perform services for us (or as otherwise required by law/contract).

C. Legal, Safety, and Business Transfers

We may disclose information:

  • To comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders

  • To protect rights, safety, and security of our customers, systems, and business

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards)

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Retention depends on the category and purpose, using criteria such as:

  • Active customer relationship / subscription term

  • Legal and accounting requirements (e.g., tax/financial record retention)

  • Security and fraud-prevention needs

  • Dispute resolution and contract enforcement needs

  • Operational requirements (support history, device lifecycle, continuity of service)

Lead/referral records (Section 6) are generally retained only as long as needed to make initial contact and manage the referral process, then deleted or de-identified unless a business relationship is established or retention is required for compliance/audit reasons.

Some logs may also be retained by our hosting providers under their standard operational logging and backup practices; where configurable, we aim to align settings with our retention approach, but vendor retention may vary.

6) Referral Program

We may run promotions or ads where referrers introduce Wenyah to business owners (“referred contacts”).

A. What We Collect for Referrals

A referrer may provide:

  • Referred person’s name, business name, role/title

  • Business email and/or phone number

  • High-level context – business need

B. What We Do With Referral Information

We use referral information to:

  • Make initial outreach to the referred business contact

  • Provide information about our services and respond to interest

  • Track the referral for credit/payment eligibility (if applicable)

C. Permission Requirement (No “Buying Info”)

We do not buy consumer lists from referrers. If a referrer submits someone’s contact information, the referrer represents they have permission/authority to share the information for business outreach.

D. What We Share Back With the Referrer

To protect privacy, we generally do not share the referred person’s detailed information back to the referrer beyond what is necessary to administer the referral (for example, confirming whether a referral is eligible).

E. Opt-Out

If you were referred and do not want to be contacted, you may opt out at any time (see Section 9). We will honor opt-out requests promptly.

7) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Site functionality and security

  • Basic measurement and performance

  • Preventing abuse and fraud

You can control cookies through browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

8) Security of Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Opt-Out, Access, Requests

A. Marketing Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing or promotional communications by:

  • Using the “unsubscribe” link in emails (where included), or

  • Emailing: [email protected]

B. Privacy Requests

You may contact us at [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

10) California Privacy Disclosures

California law may require additional notices (including a Notice at Collection) and specific disclosures about categories of information collected, sources, purposes, retention criteria, and consumer rights. We structure our notices and this policy to support those expectations where applicable.

11) Children Under Thirteen

Our services and websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an update on our websites. Your continued use after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
